NOTĂ VERBALĂ
Serviciul European de Acţiune Externă al Uniunii Europene prezintă salutul său Misiunii Republicii Moldova pe lângă Uniunea Europeană şi are onoarea de a-i comunica propunerea UE de a extinde mandatul Misiunii UE de Asistenţă la Frontieră pentru Republica Moldova şi Ucraina pentru o nouă perioadă de 36 de luni, începând cu 1 decembrie 2017.
Serviciul European de Acţiune Externă al Uniunii Europene va fi recunoscător dacă Misiunea Republicii Moldova pe lângă Uniunea Europeană va confirma acordul său pentru extindere printr-o Notă Verbală de răspuns. Prezenta Notă Verbală, împreună cu Notele Verbale de răspuns ale Ministerului Afacerilor Externe şi Integrării Europene al Republicii Moldova şi a Ministerului Afacerilor Externe al Ucrainei vor constitui Acordul Părţilor Semnatare la Memorandumul de Înţelegere cu privire la Misiunea Comisiei Europene de Asistenţă la Frontieră în Republica Moldova şi în Ucraina de prelungire a mandatului Misiunii menţionate până la 30 noiembrie 2020. Acordul va intra în vigoare la data recepţionării de către UE a ultimei dintre Notele Verbale de răspuns menţionate mai sus.
Serviciul European de Acţiune Externă al Uniunii Europene foloseşte acest prilej pentru a reînnoi Misiunii Republicii Moldova asigurarea înaltei sale consideraţiuni.

The European External Action of the European Union presents its compliments to the Mission of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union and has the honour to convey the EU proposal to extend the mandate of the EU Border Assistance Mission to the Republic of Moldova and to Ukraine for a further period of 36 months starting from 1 December 2017.
The European External Action Service of the European Union would be grateful if the Mission of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union could confirm its agreement with the extension by return of Verbal Note. The present Verbal Note, together with the Verbal Notes returned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine will constitute the Agreement of the Signing Parties to the Memorandum of Understanding on the European Commission Border Assistance Mission to the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine to extend the mandate of the said Mission until 30 November 2020. The Agreement enters into force from the date of the receipt by the EU side of the last above mentioned returned Verbal Note.
The European External Action Service of the European Union avails itself of this opportunity to convey to the Mission of the Republic of Moldova the renewed assurance of its highest consideration.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova presents its compliments to the European Commission and acknowledges receipt of the Verbal Note of the European External Action Service of 24 July 2017, which conveyed the proposal to extend the mandate of the EU Border Assistance Mission to the Republic of Moldova and to Ukraine (“the EUBAM Mission”) for a further period of 36 months starting from 1 December 2017.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration has the honour to confirm the agreement of the Government of the Republic of Moldova to extend the mandate of the EUBAM Mission for a further period of 36 months starting from 1 December 2017.
The Ministry confirms in addition that the Government of the Republic of Moldova accepts that the above mentioned Verbal Note of the European External Action Service of 24 July 2017, together with the Verbal Notes returned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine will constitute the Agreement of the Signing Parties to the Memorandum of Understanding on the European Commission Border Assistance Mission to the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine to extend the mandate of the said Mission until 30 November 2020 and that the Agreement enters into force from the date of the receipt by the EU side of the last above mentioned returned Verbal Note.

Ministerul Afacerilor Externe şi Integrării Europene al Republicii Moldova prezintă salutul său Comisiei Europene şi confirmă recepţionarea Notei Verbale a Serviciului European de Acţiune Externă din 24 iulie 2017 prin care a fost înaintată propunerea de a extinde mandatul Misiunii UE de Asistenţă la Frontieră pentru Republica Moldova şi Ucraina (“Misiunea EUBAM”) pentru o nouă perioadă de 36 de luni, începând cu 1 decembrie 2017.
Ministerul Afacerilor Externe şi Integrării Europene are onoarea să confirme consimţământul Guvernului Republicii Moldova de a extinde mandatul Misiunii EUBAM pentru o nouă perioadă de 36 de luni, începând cu 1 decembrie 2017.
Ministerul confirmă, de asemenea, că Guvernul Republicii Moldova acceptă ca Nota Verbală a Serviciului European de Acţiune Externă menţionată mai sus, împreună cu Notele Verbale de răspuns ale Ministerului Afacerilor Externe şi Integrării Europene al Republicii Moldova şi a Ministerului Afacerilor Externe al Ucrainei să constituie Acordul Părţilor Semnatare la Memorandumul de Înţelegere cu privire la Misiunea Comisiei Europene de Asistenţă la Frontieră în Republica Moldova şi în Ucraina de extindere a mandatului Misiunii menţionate până la 30 noiembrie 2020 şi ca Acordul să intre în vigoare de la data recepţionării de către UE a ultimei dintre Notele Verbale de răspuns menţionate mai sus.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine on behalf of the Government of Ukraine has the honour to accept the proposal of the EU Side and confirms that the above Verbal Note of the European External Action Service of the European Union of 24 July 2017, the present Verbal Note in reply and the relevant returned Verbal Note of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova will constitute the Agreement (in the form of exchange or notes) between the Government of Ukraine, the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the European Commission to extend the mandate of the European Commission Border Assistance Mission to Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova for the additional period of 36 months, starting from 1 December 2017, which will come into force as of the date of the last returned Verbal Note.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova the assurance of its highest consideration.

Ministerul Afacerilor Externe al Ucrainei, în numele Guvernului Ucrainei, are onoarea de a accepta propunerea Părţii UE şi confirmă că Nota Verbală de mai sus a Serviciului European de Acţiune Externă al Uniunii Europene din 24 iulie 2017, prezenta Notă Verbală de răspuns şi Nota Verbală de răspuns relevantă a Ministerului Afacerilor Externe şi Integrării Europene al Republicii Moldova vor constitui Acordul (prin schimb de note) între Guvernul Ucrainei, Guvernul Republicii Moldova şi Comisia Europeană de extindere a mandatului Misiunii Comisiei Europene de Asistenţă la Frontieră pentru Ucraina şi Republica Moldova pentru o perioadă adiţională de 36 de luni, începând din 1 decembrie 2017, care va intra în vigoare din data ultimei Note Verbale de răspuns.
Ministerul Afacerilor Externe al Ucrainei foloseşte acest prilej pentru a reînnoi Ministerului Afacerilor Externe şi Integrării Europene al Republicii Moldova asigurarea înaltei sale consideraţiuni.
