În temeiul art.13 lit.c) din Legea nr.420/2006 privind activitatea de reglementare tehnică (republicată în Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2017, nr.92-102, art.125) şi pct.36 din Reglementarea tehnică "Punerea la dispoziţie pe piaţă a echipamentelor radio", aprobată prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr.34/2019 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2019, nr.59-65, art.117),
ORDON:
1. Se aprobă Lista standardelor moldoveneşti ce adoptă standarde europene armonizate la Reglementarea tehnică "Punerea la dispoziţie pe piaţă a echipamentelor radio", aprobată prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr.34/2019 (se anexează).
2. Ordinul Ministerului Tehnologiei Informaţiei şi Comunicaţiilor nr.87/2015 cu privire la aprobarea Listei standardelor conexe la Reglementarea tehnică "Echipamente radio, echipamente terminale de telecomunicaţii şi recunoaşterea conformităţii acestora" (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2015, nr.306-310, art.2237) se abrogă.
3. Prezentul ordin intră în vigoare la data de 22 februarie 2021 şi se publică în Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
