Сообщение N 10/1-2-07/764 от 19.11.2001 о поставленных товаров, услуг на территории Республики Молдова для международных организаций с применением НДС по нулевой ставке

МИНИСТЕРСТВО ФИНАНСОВ Сообщение N 10/1-2-07/764 от 19.11.2001 (в силу 29.11.2001) Мониторул Офичиал ал Р.Молдова N 144-146/347 от 29.11.2001 * * * Утратил силу: 05.07.2002 Разъяснение Министерства Финансов N 10/1-2-07/433 от 27.06.2002 Уездные налоговые инспекции Министерство финансов дополнительно к разъяснениям N 05/1-2-07/133 от 28.08.2001, N 05/1-2-07/229 от 11.04.2001 и N 05/1-2-07/279 от 14.05.2001, а также для руководства в практической работе, что касается поставленных товаров, услуг на территории Республики Молдова для международных организаций с применением НДС по нулевой ставке, сообщает следующее. Доводим до сведения список проектов технической помощи и список операторов проектов, реализованных в Республике Молдова международными организациями, перечисленными в перечне, установленном законом о бюджете на соответствующий год, согласно которому поставки товаров, услуг для международных организаций осуществляются с применением НДС по нулевой ставке. Список проектов технической помощи и список операторов проектов, реализованных в Республике Молдова международными организациями, опубликованные в разъяснении Министерства финансов N 05/1-2-07/279 от 14.05.2001, излагаются в новой редакции: - пункт Х.
