Comunicat nr.10/1-2-07/764 din 19.11.2001 privitor la livrarea mărfurilor, serviciilor pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova către organizaţiile internaţionale cu aplicarea taxei pe valoarea adăugată la cota de zero procente

MINISTERUL FINANŢELOR Comunicat Nr.10/1-2-07/764 din 19.11.2001 (în vigoare 29.11.2001) Monitorul Oficial al R.Moldova nr.144-146 din 29.11.2001 * * * Abrogat: 05.07.2002 Circulara Ministerului Finanţelor nr.10/1-2-07/433 din 27.06.2002 Inspectoratele fiscale judeţene Ministerul Finanţelor, suplimentar la compartimentul I al circularelor nr. 05/1-2-07/133 din 28.02.2001, 05/1-2-07/229 din 11.04.2001 şi 05/1-2-07/279 din 14.05.2001, precum şi drept călăuză în lucrul practic în partea ce ţine de livrarea mărfurilor, serviciilor pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova către organizaţiile internaţionale cu aplicarea taxei pe valoarea adăugată la cota de zero procente, intervine cu următoarele. Aducem la cunoştinţă completările la lista proiectelor de asistenţă tehnică şi lista operatorilor proiectelor realizate în Republica Moldova de către organizaţiile internaţionale, care se specifică în lista stabilită prin legea bugetului pe anul respectiv, potrivit căreia livrarea mărfurilor, serviciilor pentru organizaţiile internaţionale se efectuează cu aplicarea taxei pe valoarea adăugată la cota de zero procente. Lista proiectelor de asistenţă tehnică şi lista operatorilor proiectelor realizate în Republica Moldova de către organizaţiile internaţionale specificate în circulara Ministerului Finanţelor nr. 05/1-2-07/279 din 14.05.2001 se completează după cum urmează: - La pct.
